赵万羽，男，理学博士，出生于1965年2月，甘肃秦安人。
教育经历：
1985年7月，在甘肃农业大学获得学士学位；
1988年7月，在甘肃农业大学获得硕士学位；
2006年9月，在南京大学生命科学学院获博士学位；
工作经历：
1988年7月至1996年6月，新疆畜牧科学院草原研究所，助理研究员，从事草原研究工作
1996年7月至2003年8月，新疆畜牧科学院草原研究所，副研究员，从事草原研究工作
2006年6月至2017年12月，中科院新疆生地所，副研究员，陈亚宁团队成员，从事草地生态和生态修复研究工作
2018年1月至今，中科院新疆生地所，副研究员，徐海量团队成员，从事技术推广和规划设计等工作
