  • 吉力力·阿不都外力,理学博士,中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所二级研究员、博士生导师。兼任中国科学院中亚生态与环境研究中心副主任、阿拉木图分中心主任,中-哈遥感技术与应用联合实验室主任,新疆干旱区水循环与水利用重点实验室副主任,中国科学院留学人员联谊会(欧美同学会)副会长、海洋与生态环境专业委员会主任,中国地理学会理事、地缘政治专业委员会副主任,新疆地理学会副理事长,新疆维吾尔自治区专家顾问团专家顾问。国内外多个学术期刊编委。发表学术论文236篇,其中第一或通讯作者SCI检索论文82篇,合作出版专著8部。培养博士、硕士研究生56名,其中中亚留学生9名。

    政协新疆维吾尔自治区第十届、第十一届委员、人口资源环境委员会委员。新疆维吾尔自治区第十三届人大代表,第十三届人大常委会委员、环境资源委员会委员。
